Where do I put in my promotion code?

After you have entered and submitted your payment information there is a box for "Promotion Code" discounts to be entered.  

I want to order a package but the promotion code isn’t applying the discount. What do I do?

Package deals are already heavily discounted so no further promotional discount are available at this time.

Can I pay with check or money order?

If you live in the DC metro area, feel free to come by Timeplots and pick up your prints in person, and pay any way you’d like.  Everywhere else, we take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I track the package internationally?

All of our packages ship via USPS First Class International Mail.  To send via registered international mail or UPS, please let us know.

Can I get my delivery rushed?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped via UPS. If you need your order to arrive faster, please select the appropriate shipping method. If you live in the DC metro area and want to pick up your prints, please let us know.

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your Timeplot for any reason, please let us know. We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) or replace your product with no questions asked within 30 days of your purchase. Customers requesting a refund or replacement must send back the print to us in its original packaging; your account will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the original. Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting us.

What should I do if I can’t track my print, it doesn’t arrive, or it is damaged?

If you find you have any of these problems, please contact us. In your message please include your name, order number, the date you placed the order, a telephone and email where you can be reached, and the nature of the problem. If the print is damaged, please include a short description of the damage. We will respond to all problems within 24 hours.
